Job summary

GoSourcing in Canberra is seeking a Senior Power Platform Software Engineer to lead a small team of developers, oversee projects, and deliver optimized code on the Microsoft Power Platform suite.

The role requires extensive experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, REST APIs, and Azure integration. Hybrid work in ACT with a 12-month contract and EL1-equivalent responsibility.

Qualifications

• Essential criteria include developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and the Power Platform (incl. Power Pages).
• Strong front-end skills with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS; modern frameworks such as Vue.js.
• Strong full-stack skills with C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON and SQL; integrating front-end with backend services.
• Experience with Azure and Power Platform integration technologies (API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience with established architectures, patterns, reusable components, Azure DevOps, source control and CI/CD.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; collaborative in multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts and provide technical leadership to a software engineering team.
• Oversee quality and functionality of software produced by the team.
• Collaborate with business teams and IT Project teams in a hybrid environment.
• Ensure cohesive performance within multidisciplinary delivery teams.
