Beca is seeking a Principal – Ports and Maritime to lead and shape the growth of our ports and maritime business across Australasia and the Pacific from Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle or Brisbane. This senior role focuses on client relationships, project leadership and technical excellence in civil engineering for marine infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has extensive ports/marine experience in consulting, and is Chartered or on track for Chartership, with ability to guide teams and manage

• Strong emphasis on client relationships and project leadership.
• Experience delivering projects under traditional and Design & Build arrangements.
