Job summary

State Street in Sydney seeks a Senior Associate to join the Front Office Support team and ensure accurate IBOR maintenance across client portfolios. You will liaise with Front Office, Portfolio Managers, brokers, custodians, and SSC IT to resolve issues and maintain portfolio health.

You will oversee monthly close activities, portfolio reconciliations, and client reporting, while building strong relationships with internal teams and external parties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus IBOR experience.
• 3+ years in portfolio administration or IBOR.
• Knowledge of investment accounting and NAV calculation.
• Interest in CFA program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Front Office and support Portfolio Managers on queries.
• Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and SSC teams.
• Review control reports to maintain portfolio health.
• Complete month-end cycle including reconciliations and client reporting.
• Manage relationships with all stakeholders.
• Research and resolve issues independently.
