The Victorian Department of Health is seeking a Senior Policy Officer, Governance and Insight to support timely reporting of system achievements and drive data improvement across planned care, including metric development and policy work to monitor endoscopy activity. You will work with the Manager to coordinate cross-portfolio governance and provide high-quality policy advice based on rigorous research and analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance and reporting for complex programs.
• Ability to interpret health service performance data and trends.
• Policy or data-related project leadership desirable.

Responsabilités

• Support timely and accurate reporting of system achievements across planned care.
• Undertake data improvement projects and development of new system metrics.
• Provide high quality policy advice and options to senior management and government.
• Coordinate cross-portfolio governance and financial matters with the Manager and partners.
