Seven Consulting Pty in Sydney seeks a full-time PMO Lead to stand up and run a PMO for a $50 million program, ensuring delivery through teamwork, transparency and disciplined governance. You will lift maturity by overhauling processes, tooling and metrics, appoint and coach PMO analysts, and translate data into decision-ready insights for the C-suite.

• 7+ years raising the value and visibility of PMOs in large tech environments.
• Proven success standing up & managing PMOs for both traditional and agile programs.
