Job summary

Concrete Partnerships in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager ready to transition to Construction Manager or an established Construction Manager seeking a long‑term home. You will lead the construction division, mentor delivery teams and drive systems and profitability across premium projects.

You’ll work with architects, designers and discerning private clients, managing budgets, schedules and client relationships to maintain the company’s reputation for quality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in landscape construction, focused on high-end residential or premium projects.
• Proven track record delivering multiple complex projects.
• Experience leading and mentoring project and site teams.
• Solid understanding of budgets, procurement and project performance.
• Ability to interact with private clients, architects and consultants at a sophisticated level.
• Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving capability.
• Hands-on construction knowledge with the ability to lead strategically.
• Demonstrates accountability, integrity and pride in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple project and site teams across the division.
• Program, resource, and coordinate projects within the division.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, forecasting and commercial performance.
• Mentor Project Managers, Site Supervisors and delivery teams.
• Maintain relationships with clients, architects and consultants.
• Drive accountability around programme, quality, safety and profitability.
