Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, high-value technology contract negotiations and renewals.
• Strong understanding of technology contracts, including operational resilience, cybersecurity, cloud services, data protection, incident management, business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional negotiations across Technology, Product, Legal, Risk, Finance and senior executives.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to translate complexity into practical recommendations.
• Executive stakeholder management and the ability to frame options and drive timely decisions.
• 5+ years' Senior Project Manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading complex, high-value technology contract negotiations and renewals, from negotiation strategy through to execution.
• Developing clear negotiation strategies, objectives and commercial positions with key stakeholders.
• Coordinating cross-functional negotiations across Technology, Product, Legal, Risk, Finance and senior executives.
• Addressing operational resilience, cybersecurity, cloud services, data protection, incident management, business continuity and disaster recovery considerations.
• Framing issues into clear options, trade-offs and recommendations for executive decision-making.
• Developing and managing project plans, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
• Identifying and managing project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Maintaining governance, reporting and documentation throughout delivery.
• Building trusted relationships and clear communication with stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensuring deliverables meet objectives and business requirements.
