Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a Senior Operator to lead plasma scanning and ERP-based inventory control. You will ensure accurate transactions, traceability, and timely supply of plasma materials to manufacturing while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Warehousing, distribution or inventory control experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment preferred.
• Understanding of cGMP, GDP and GWP concepts.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and basic statistical analysis.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead plasma scanning activities to ensure accurate ERP transactions and traceability.
• Coordinate plasma inventory flow; manage quarantine and rejected units.
• Supply plasma and paste to manufacturing per schedule and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement and update of scanning-related processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
