Job summary

CSL Melbourne is seeking a Senior Operator - Plasma Scanning to lead plasma scanning, ensure accurate identification, tracking and reconciliation of plasma units within our ERP system, and maintain inventory integrity and full product traceability.

You will provide operational oversight and technical support to scanning activities, enable timely plasma supply to manufacturing, troubleshoot issues, and mentor team members while driving continuous improvement in the operation.

Qualifications

• VCE or equivalent qualification required.
• Warehousing, distribution, or inventory management experience in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, GWP, ERP systems (SAP preferred) and basic statistical analysis.
• Proactive continuous improvement mindset to warehouse systems and processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork, with ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Foster CSL's values and lead a goal-oriented, customer-focused team.
• Maintain safety, quality and compliance with EHS, GMP/GxP, TGA and procedures.
• Receive, scan, store, sample and manage plasma inventory with ERP accuracy.
• Supply plasma and paste to manufacturing per schedules and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and training in Plasma Scanning area.
