The Housing Delivery Authority (HDA) invites applicants to join NSW's housing program from our Newcastle office. The Senior Planning Officer will assess significant housing projects, deliver expert planning advice and prepare assessments that balance growth, sustainability and community needs.

You will engage with a broad range of stakeholders, manage competing priorities and travel occasionally. Tertiary qualifications in planning or related discipline, and a current Class C Driver Licence are

• Tertiary qualifications in planning, environmental management, engineering or related discipline.
• Current Class C Driver Licence.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
