NES Fircroft is seeking a Senior Planner to provide planning and scheduling expertise across a major upstream oil and gas project in Australia. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and coordinating the Integrated Master Control Schedule (IMCS) and ensuring project activities are aligned with deliverables.

You will work with the Project Controls Lead and multidisciplinary teams to manage baselines, risks, progress reporting, and change management, ensuring schedule integrity and informed

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, ideally in upstream oil and gas.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle from concept to execution.
• Strong understanding of critical path analysis and schedule risk management.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain and manage the Integrated Master Control Schedule (IMCS).
• Manage baselines, recovery plans and scenarios to support change management.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions across project teams and contractors.
• Identify scheduling risks, critical path changes and delays.
• Undertake schedule risk and sensitivity analysis for contingency planning.
• Monitor progress, earned value and forecast completion and report to leadership.
• Prepare scheduling documentation, progress reports and presentations for project leadership.
• Review contractor schedules and planning performance against requirements.
• Support cost forecasting, change management and project controls activities.
