Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd is seeking an experienced Planner/Scheduler for our Utilities division in Western Australia. The role focuses on creating and maintaining build/maintenance programs for contracts, coordinating with Project Leads and Finance to reflect conditions of the agreement.

You will monitor progress, advise on scheduling needs, and produce weekly project reports for management. A strong background in Primavera P6 and Excel is essential, with training provided to strengthen capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Power Utilities maintenance scheduling.
• Solid understanding of construction methodology, field productivity, and project controls.
• Advanced Excel skills; Primavera 6 experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Create build/maintenance programs reflecting contract conditions.
• Monitor and update construction programs on projects.
• Provide advice to project leads on scheduling requirements and prepare weekly reports.
