Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to support a major decarbonisation program including renewables, electrification, battery-electric mining fleets, OEM development and transition activities. You will develop, maintain and optimise integrated master schedules across multiple capital projects from concept to commissioning and handover.

Based in Perth CBD, the role requires strong Primavera P6 expertise, earned value management and close collaboration with project delivery,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Client-side experience across the full project lifecycle.
• Experience on major capital projects in mining, resources, energy, infrastructure or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies and governance.
• Experience integrating multiple contractor, supplier and operational schedules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules across multiple decarbonisation projects.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, fleet readiness and handover activities.
• Develop resource, commodity and cost-loaded schedules.
• Perform critical path analysis, milestone tracking and 'what-if' scenario planning.
• Maintain schedule integrity through logic reviews and planning best practices.
• Implement EVM and analyse schedule performance (CPI and SPI).
• Review and integrate contractor, supplier and OEM schedules into master programs.
• Identify schedule risks and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations.
