Job summary

Law Partners Injury Lawyers in Sydney CBD is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor with 2-4 years post-admission experience and exposure to medical negligence. You will manage a portfolio of medical negligence matters, work alongside experienced practitioners, and have autonomy over your files while expanding expertise in this area.

The role offers flexible working arrangements, including remote work two days per week after a qualifying period, and the firm’s supportive culture emphasizes client

Qualifications

• 2-4 years post-admission experience in personal injury law.
• Some experience with medical negligence claims, with an interest in developing further expertise.
• Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A genuine commitment to client care, empathy and achieving the best outcomes.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, commercially aware approach to managing your practice.

Responsibilities

• Run your own files and progress claims strategically and efficiently.
• Work on medical negligence matters and develop experience in this area.
• Provide clear, practical advice and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, submissions and other court documents.
• Brief and liaise with counsel, experts and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate settlements and work towards best client outcomes.
• Manage deadlines, file progression and professional fee budgets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client care.
