MediRecruit is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist/Team Lead for a private practice in Frankston, VIC. You will assess and treat a broad range of injuries with a 65% MSK caseload and 35% workcover/Medicare/TAC, while mentoring junior therapists and developing clinic systems.

Responsibilities include patient evaluations, individualized plans, manual therapy, education, and accurate record-keeping. Full- or part-time options are available, with a collaborative team environment and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• Full working rights in Australia
• 2–3 years of experience ideal (not essential)
• Experience in private practice or clinical rehabilitation advantageous
• Strong skills in patient assessment and treatment planning
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription
• Ability to educate and communicate with patients
• Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities with a commitment to patient care

We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join a private practice in Frankston, VIC. You will be responsible for assessing and treating a variety of physical injuries, disabilities and impairments, 65% MSK caseload and 35% WC/ Medicare and TAC.

Day-to-day you will conduct patient evaluations, develop individualised treatment plans, provide manual therapy and exercises, and educate patients on rehabilitation strategies. You will also maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

You will also undertake PD training sessions with junior Physios in the team and develop systems and procedures as the team grows.
