Job summary

MediRecruit is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist/Team Lead for a private practice in Frankston, VIC. You will assess and treat a broad range of injuries with a 65% MSK caseload and 35% workcover/Medicare/TAC, while mentoring junior therapists and developing clinic systems.

Responsibilities include patient evaluations, individualized plans, manual therapy, education, and accurate record-keeping. Full- or part-time options are available, with a collaborative team environment and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• Full working rights in Australia
• 2–3 years of experience ideal (not essential)
• Experience in private practice or clinical rehabilitation advantageous
• Strong skills in patient assessment and treatment planning
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription
• Ability to educate and communicate with patients
• Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities with a commitment to patient care

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat a variety of injuries, disabilities and impairments (65% MSK, 35% WC/Medicare and TAC)
• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualised treatment plans
• Provide manual therapy and targeted exercises
• Educate patients on rehabilitation strategies
• Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Lead PD training sessions with junior physiotherapists and develop team systems and procedures
• Lead a small team of four physiotherapists as the team grows
