Job summary

NSW Health in Broken Hill invites applications for a Senior Physiotherapist within the First 2000 Days program. The role involves specialist physiotherapy assessment and intervention for paediatric and women's health clients, delivering patient-centred care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience.
• Experience in Paediatric Physiotherapy and Women’s Health Physiotherapy.
• Ability to deliver services in Hospital, Community Health, home and outreach settings.
• Strong communication, documentation and interpersonal skills for multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in education and support of patients, families and carers.
• Current unrestricted NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel across the Far West LHD.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist physiotherapy assessment and intervention for paediatric and women's health clients.
• Deliver patient-centred care as part of the First 2000 Days multidisciplinary team.
• Support junior staff and contribute to service planning and improvement initiatives.
