Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure Physical Security is seeking a highly talented and motivated Security Program Manager Team Lead to join our team. The role oversees physical security design and installation for data centers and related facilities, coordinating with Cluster Security Managers and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will lead a team, drive program objectives, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with SCEC requirements, while engaging stakeholders and traveling to sites

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in physical security design/implementation of electronic security systems.
• 5+ years of program or project management.
• 3+ years of people management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security design and system installation for data centers and expansions.
• Manage security project lifecycle including bids, specs, drawings, code compliance, vendor management, budget, change orders and close-out.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, RFP/RFQ bidding, contracting, QA/QC and support processes.
• Effectively manage multi-million dollar security project budgets and financial tracking.
• Coordinate with clusters and other AWS teams to drive security initiatives and stakeholder alignment.
