Job summary

Amazon Web Services Australia Pty Ltd seeks a Security Program Manager Team Lead to oversee physical security design and installation for data centers and facilities in Australia. You will lead a team, work with Cluster Security Managers, and drive security contracts and CONOPS across projects.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in security design, program management, and people leadership, and can coordinate with multiple internal/external partners while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with physical security design/implementation of electronic security systems.
• 5+ years of program or project management leading technical and non-technical teams.
• 3+ years of people management and team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical security design and installation of security features and systems across AWS data centers and facilities.
• Lead and manage a team, coordinating with CSMs and engineering teams.
• Author security design docs, CONOPS, contracts, and security-related documents.
• Manage multiple projects, influence vendor contracts, and liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
• Travel for project management and hand-off to local security operations.
