Job summary

Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS) invites applications for Senior Pharmacist – Emergency Department and Team Leader roles in the Royal Adelaide Hospital vicinity. You will lead pharmacists, assistants and technicians across ED, Acute Medical Unit and related wards, delivering high-quality pharmacy services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy and registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and change management.
• Extensive hospital pharmacy practice, especially Emergency Medicine.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of pharmacists, assistants and technicians in ED and acute units.
• Provide management, mentoring and guidance to implement directives and policies.
• Serve as key contact for clinicians regarding pharmacy issues and services.
• Foster accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
