Job summary
Statewide Clinical Support Services – SA Pharmacy in Bedford Park, SA, is seeking a Senior Pharmacist to support Cardiology services within SALHN. You will lead the pharmacy area, provide medicines information, and drive quality pharmaceutical care across hospital teams.
Strong leadership, hospital pharmacy experience and collaboration with stakeholders nationally are essential. The role offers salary AUS 112,139–120,284 p.a. plus superannuation and salary sacrifice benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent, registered or eligible for registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia, with extensive hospital pharmacy experience.
- Proven leadership, supervisory or management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build relationships within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills with knowledge of standards and practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead the organisation and day-to-day operation of the pharmacy area.
- Provide expert medicines information and therapeutic advice to patients and staff.
- Ensure services are delivered in line with hospital policies and standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmaceutical care and patient outcomes.
