UGL is recruiting for roles within the M6 Stage 1 transport initiative. The position involves hands-on site supervision on major infrastructure works in Sydney, coordinating subcontractors and resources to maintain program targets while upholding safety standards.

You will lead toolbox talks, ensure inductions, and contribute to SWMS and safety procedures, supported by a strong development path within CIMIC Group. This is an on-site role with exposure to large-scale delivery.

Qualificações

• Relevant Trade/Supervisor qualifications and demonstrated management experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Experience working in underground environments and with multiple subcontractors across project phases.
• Proven ability to promote a positive safety culture and ensure site safety compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Forward planning of construction work including resources and trade coordination.
• Monitor and liaise with subcontractors to meet program targets.
• Organise materials, plant and equipment and ensure access for progress.
• Supervise on-site induction, safety meetings, and hazard actions.
• Report safety incidents and support SWMS/Procedures implementation.
