Qualifications

• Experience managing major infrastructure projects.
• Strong focus on safety leadership and risk mitigation.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors.
• Background in underground construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate weekly/daily construction activities with resources.
• Direct subcontractors to meet program milestones and quality standards.
• Ensure site safety through inductions, toolbox talks, and audits.
• Supervise materials, equipment, and SWMS/Procedures implementation.
• Report delays or issues to the Superintendent and implement corrective actions.
