Job summary

AAR Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to support a NSW Government education program centered on PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and Student Management Systems. You will lead SIT, UAT, data migration and regression testing across the delivery lifecycle, collaborating with analysts, SMEs and vendors.

The role emphasizes strong hands-on testing, requirements comprehension, and producing comprehensive test coverage within a large transformation program.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Senior Test Analyst / Test Analyst on complex programs.
• Proven enterprise-level testing with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
• Experience testing PeopleSoft Campus Solutions in education/student management.

Responsibilities

• Test analysis: convert requirements into test requirements.
• Test planning: create plans across system/integration/UAT/regression/production testing.
• Test case development: design and execute test cases.
• System Integration Testing across enterprise applications and interfaces.
• PeopleSoft testing for Campus Solutions modules (Curriculum Management, Student Finance, Enrolments, Reporting).
• Data migration testing, validation and reconciliation.
• Sprint testing within Agile delivery.
• UAT & regression testing to protect existing functionality.
• Defect management from identification to closure.
• Test execution (manual and automated).
• Maintain testing documentation and reporting of outcomes.
• Collaborate with BAs, techs, SMEs, and vendors to resolve defects.
• Ensure traceability to requirements.
• Team collaboration in large-scale transformation.
