The People Plugin is seeking an exceptional Senior People Partner to work remotely across Australia. You’ll own a portfolio of client relationships, delivering strategic HR leadership and hands-on execution in a consulting environment.

You’ll partner with founders and executives, shaping people strategies, improving performance, and guiding change across diverse businesses. This is a flexible, fully remote role with high impact across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of broad HR experience including employee relations, performance, remuneration and change management.
• Ability to work across multiple industries and client contexts with commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead People & Culture strategies and roadmaps for clients.
• Coach leaders through complex employee relations and performance matters.
• Run HR audits, engagements surveys and workforce planning.
• Design and implement performance, remuneration and engagement frameworks.
• Lead organisational change and HR projects; implement and improve HR systems.
