Job summary

Frog Recruitment partners with a respected education institution in Canberra to recruit a Senior People Partner who will advise leaders across the employee lifecycle and shape a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

The role balances strategic partnering with hands-on support, managing complex employee relations and coaching leaders for effective people leadership. A broad range of workforce initiatives will be delivered in collaboration with HR teams.

Qualifications

• Strong employee relations and case management experience.
• Experience interpreting Enterprise Agreements, workplace legislation and HR policy.
• Ability to influence and coach leaders at varying levels of seniority.
• Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle for leaders.
• Manage complex employee relations matters including performance, conduct, grievances and workplace change.
• Support workforce planning, organisational change and capability-building initiatives.
• Coach and influence managers to build confidence in people leadership.
• Collaborate with specialist HR teams to deliver high-quality people outcomes.
• Analyse workforce trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
