Job summary

Peoplecorp is undertaking a significant transformation of its People & Culture function, moving towards a shared services model. You will join a small coordinator team as the senior member, handling end-to-end employee lifecycle administration and acting as the first point of contact for staff and leaders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR experience in coordination or shared services, ideally in an operational, multi-site environment.
• Experience with large HRIS or HR systems is highly regarded.
• Comfortable with systems, reporting and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle administration end to end.
• Serve as first point of contact for employees and leaders.
• Produce people reporting from SuccessFactors and guide coordinators.
• Support rollout of new systems alongside SuccessFactors.
