The Senior Payroll Officer at Qantas Group will oversee accurate payroll processing for the Subsidiary Payroll Team, ensuring compliance with awards, legislation and audits. You will act as a payroll SME and help resolve queries while driving efficiency.

You will bring experience in awards, enterprise agreements, and relevant financial knowledge, with proficiency in ADP PayForce, Global View or UKG, and a strong focus on accuracy and stakeholder communication.

Qualificações

• Proven experience processing payroll and handling complex issues.
• Experience applying industrial awards, enterprise agreements and legislative conditions.
• Financial background or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of ADP PayForce, Global View or UKG is desirable.
• Understanding of Superannuation Legislation and ATO termination requirements (ETP) is a plus.
