KPMG Australia is seeking a Manager to lead our Payroll Operations team, overseeing a portfolio of clients and delivering end-to-end payroll processing and consulting services for local and international organisations.

You will ensure payroll services are accurate, compliant and delivered efficiently, while growing KPMG's payroll outsourcing and consulting practice and guiding junior staff to grow as senior professionals.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience in Australian payroll processing and compliance.
• Knowledge of tax legislation, superannuation and remuneration frameworks.
• Experience in payroll outsourcing and with NZ payroll advantageous.
• Bachelor level qualification and payroll certifications where applicable.
• Strong MS Office skills with focus on Excel for reporting.

Aufgaben

• Oversee weekly, fortnightly and monthly end-to-end payroll processing.
• Review outputs for accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Lead payroll consulting engagements and provide process improvements.
• Advise clients on payroll frameworks and statutory obligations.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and collaborate with stakeholders.
