Job summary

EVT Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for Australia and New Zealand weekly employees and corporate entities. You will ensure accurate, on-time payroll delivery in compliance with local laws and corporate requirements, acting as a subject matter expert in Dayforce and collaborating with HRIS, Recruitment, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in end-to-end Australian payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation (Fair Work, PAYG, STP, superannuation).
• Advanced experience with payroll systems (Dayforce preferred).
• Experience with employee lifecycle management in HRIS or recruitment systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Australia, New Zealand and corporate payroll processes with inputs, validations, approvals, and reconciliations.
• Perform payroll reviews and sign-off, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
• Mentor Payroll Officers and drive process improvements and automation.
