• High-level analytical and problem-solving skills to address clinical and operational issues.
• Clear and influential communicator capable of engaging with senior management and clinical teams.
• Proven ability to lead quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
• Understanding of clinical governance frameworks and NSQHS Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate comprehensive patient safety activities and incident investigations across the health service.
• Provide expert advice and governance support to clinical teams to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
• Analyze complex clinical data to identify emerging risks and drive evidence-based practice improvements.
• Facilitate educational sessions and capability building to foster a proactive safety culture.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to implement policy changes and clinical innovations.
