Austin Health is seeking a Patient Revenue Services Manager to lead the Revenue teams and oversee private and compensable patient billing, receipting payments and debt management. The role requires strong financial leadership, governance and focus on patient care while improving revenue performance across campuses.

The candidate will manage day-to-day operations, deliver compliant controls, and partner with clinical leaders to address revenue risks and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• High-volume billing/collections experience with strong customer service
• Subject matter expert in health billing including MBS and health funds
• Ability to analyze performance and report on revenue metrics
• Knowledge of debt management and election, billing & debt handling

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day Revenue teams operations
• Lead customer service for Revenue teams tasks
• Protect revenue integrity with controls, reconciliations and reporting
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements across revenue functions
