TAFE Queensland is seeking an Educator in Pathology (Senior Tutor / Teacher) to deliver and support pathology training across campus, online, and workplace settings. The role combines teaching and senior tutoring, focusing on student engagement, assessment delivery, and curriculum support within the Pathology Team.

The position is a temporary part-time appointment (0.2fte Teacher, 0.4fte Senior Tutor) reporting to the Educational Team Leader, primarily based at the South Bank campus with

• Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment.
• Evidence of undertaking professional development in vocational training, learning and assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide educational delivery in a dual role as Teacher and Senior Tutor for preparation and delivery of classes and the provision of support to other team educators with tutorials and assessments.
• Lead and manage effective teaching and learning within classroom, workplace, simulated and online environments.
• Design, develop and implement assessment tools meeting industry skills standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality of training and assessment.
• Conduct tutorials designed by supervising teacher in various delivery modes.
• Facilitate learner skill development, provide guidance and feedback.
• Supervise support and/or contribute to the collection of assessment evidence.
