Job summary

The Lune Co Pty Ltd is seeking 2 Senior Pastry Chefs to join our Lonsdale St CBD venue in Melbourne. These full-time roles focus on pastry and lamination, thriving in a fast-paced production environment while growing skills.

You will produce our signature viennoiserie to the highest standards, collaborate with the team, and maintain quality, speed, and consistency across all stages of production.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in high-calibre pastry production or restaurant kitchen.
• Full working rights in Australia and able to work full-time.
• Willingness to collaborate and maintain high food safety standards.
• Flexible with rostered days.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on production of viennoiserie from start to finish.
• Assist with day-to-day coordination of kitchen staff to production needs.
• Deliver training of line staff and provide feedback for development of junior staff.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and presentation.
• Work as part of a cohesive team to meet daily production goals.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture.
