Job summary

Financial Pathfinders, a specialist financial planning practice based in the Perth CBD, seeks an experienced Senior Paraplanner. The role focuses on technical advice preparation across superannuation, investments, insurance and estate planning, including international matters.

You will work with advisers to develop strategy options, document high-quality Statements of Advice and maintain strong compliance standards.

Qualifications

Experience in a senior paraplanning role within an Australian financial planning practice.
Strong technical knowledge of advice strategies, compliance requirements and financial planning processes.
High attention to detail and ability to prepare complex advice documents.

Responsibilities

ADVICE DELIVERY. Including Statements of Advice, Records of Advice and supporting documentation in-house and via outsourced partners.
Develop and document advice strategies across superannuation, retirement planning, investment portfolios, insurance, estate planning and wealth management.
Work closely with advisers to understand client scenarios, identify strategy options and shape sound, clearly explained advice.
Research products, platforms and structures, perform financial modelling when required, support advisers in navigating complex advice matters.
Maintain strong compliance standards and ensure advice documents meet regulatory and licensee requirements.
Contribute to process improvements, templates and workflows within the advice team, ideally with PlutoSoft experience.
