Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong understanding of the Xplan CRM system.
• Diploma of Financial Planning or degree valued.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• High level of organisation and time management.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality SOAs and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of financial planning, investments, superannuation and managed accounts.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and compliant Statements of Advice (SOAs).
• Assist with planning strategy analysis and client reports.
• Maintain and update client records in XPLAN CRM.
• Collaborate with the Advice Team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Liaise with external providers and compliance teams for proper documentation.
