Unknown law firm in Parramatta is seeking an experienced Paralegal (Personal Injury) to move into a leadership role, mentoring a growing team and overseeing workflows to deliver high-quality client service.

The role focuses on workers compensation, motor vehicle accidents and TPD claims, with hybrid working options and direct access to senior leadership for process improvement and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working as a paralegal within personal injury law.
• Previous experience mentoring, supervising or leading other paralegals, or clear readiness to take the next step into leadership.
• A sound understanding of personal injury claims and the associated legal processes, ideally across workers compensation, CTP, work injury damages, public liability or TPD.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across a team.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgement and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
• A genuine interest in developing people, improving processes and contributing to a positive team culture.
• A client-focused mindset, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and mentor a team of paralegals, fostering a positive, accountable and high-performing environment.
• Oversee workloads, file allocation and workflow management to ensure matters progress efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Monitor file quality, compliance, documentation and matter progression across the team.
• Support onboarding, training and the ongoing development of team members.
• Work collaboratively with solicitors and senior leadership to maintain high standards of client service.
• Help build a culture of ownership, continuous improvement and shared success.
