Job summary

Gorilla Jobs Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to lead a growing team in the Stanmore region. You will maintain a clinical caseload while mentoring junior OTs and progressing toward a formal Team Leader position.

You’ll work in a collaborative environment with Speech Pathology and Allied Health staff, focusing on a broad paediatric caseload including autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, developmental needs, with in-person, mobile and online options.

Qualifications

• Solid paediatric OT experience
• Mentoring junior OTs
• Assessment planning and clinical reasoning

Responsibilities

• Mentor & support junior OTs while maintaining your clinical caseload
• Collaborate with Speech Pathology and other clinicians
• Lead and develop the OT team toward a formal Team Leader role
• Deliver evidence-based paediatric therapy to children with diverse needs
