The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, predominantly clinic-based with occasional home/school visits, and offers a supportive admin team and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (OT) and eligibility for registration in Australia.
• Full AHPRA registration.
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
• Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Driver's license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 2–3 New Graduate/Early Career Occupational Therapists.
• Manage a reduced clinical caseload for ages 0–18.
• Deliver interventions including fine/gross motor, self-regulation and school readiness.
• Apply evidence-based practice and collaborate with the team for outcomes.
