SOS Recruitment is seeking a Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join a growing multidisciplinary allied health practice in Canberra on a permanent full-time basis. The role combines hands-on clinical work with leadership, mentoring and professional development in a supportive team.

You will assess and treat children with diverse needs in clinic and school settings, contribute to the OT team growth, participate in IEPs and clinical quality initiatives, and enjoy flexible hours with

• Qualified occupational therapist with paediatric experience.
• Excellent clinical assessment and planning abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Collaborates well in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct developmental assessments for children.
• Develop and review individualised therapy plans.
• Deliver clinic and school-based assessments and interventions.
• Support school participation goals and parent programs.
• Recommend assistive technology and environmental accommodations.
• Supervise junior Occupational Therapists and students.
• Support growth and development of Occupational Therapy services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.
• Prepare clinical documentation and NDIs reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and care reviews.
