Job summary

Far West NSW Local Health District in Broken Hill, NSW, seeks a Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist to provide assessment and treatment for paediatric clients from birth to 18 years, with potential outreach and telehealth in remote settings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy with registration via AHPRA.
• Current clinical knowledge in paediatric assessment and intervention.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
• Capacity to supervise staff and students; provide supervision and consultations.
• Current unrestricted driver's licence and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and treatment for paediatric clients birth to 18 years, with occasional adult outreach.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and contribute to service delivery.
• Use outreach and telehealth when required and support staffing needs.
