Job summary

Mygration Pty Ltd in Somerville, VIC seeks an experienced Machinery Manager to lead packing line operations, optimise throughput and oversee equipment performance. You will ensure compliance with quality, traceability, and export standards, manage maintenance schedules, and mentor shed staff in safety and process discipline across our FMCG packing facilities.

Qualifications

• AQF Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in packing line management in FMCG/food processing.
• Experience with automated packing systems and export compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize daily packing line operations to maximise throughput.
• Maintain and calibrate packing line equipment and oversee maintenance schedules.
• Ensure packaging, labeling, traceability and export documentation meet standards.
• Lead, train and coordinate shed staff and cross-trained teams.
• Uphold OH&S, safety training, and risk assessments across the line.
