The role demands a hands-on leader with a Diploma in mechanical or agricultural engineering, strong supervisory experience, and the ability to develop preventive maintenance programs and track performance metrics across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• AQF Diploma in mechanical or agricultural engineering or equivalent.
• Post-qualification experience in machinery supervision or maintenance management in FMCG/agricultural/industrial settings.
• Experience managing equipment fleets and leading maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the equipment operations and maintenance team across multiple sites.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs for all machinery and vehicles.
• Perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Monitor performance metrics and maintain detailed maintenance records.
• Coordinate with production managers to align equipment with production schedules.
