Job summary

Flavorite, Australia’s leading glasshouse producer, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the packing function and a dynamic team. You will coordinate daily packing, oversee labour, ensure on-time delivery to quality standards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will mentor team members, monitor KPIs, ensure safety and hygiene compliance, and report on performance while partnering with the Production Manager to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, packing, FMCG, manufacturing, agriculture or another fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor Production Leading Hands and Team Members to foster a high-performance environment.
• Coordinate daily packing activities and ensure orders are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Plan and manage labour requirements, monitor hours and productivity for efficiency.
• Ensure packing activities meet quality, hygiene and biosecurity requirements and procedures.
• Champion a strong safety culture with regular safety walks and hazard addressing.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and provide feedback as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and provide regular reporting on labour, productivity and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and team input.
• Oversee training schedules, onboarding and development to keep skills up to date.
