Formación

• AQF Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience with automated packing systems and export compliance.
• Leadership experience in fast-paced FMCG packing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily packing line operations and optimize throughput.
• Manage quality control, traceability, and documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of packing equipment.
• Lead and train pack house staff; ensure safety and SOP adherence.
