Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Senior OT Networks Officer to monitor and secure Operational Technology networks, respond to incidents and drive cybersecurity initiatives. You will plan for capacity and maintain essential documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO27001 and IEC62443 for dependable services.

You will bring network design/implementation experience with MPLS, VXLAN, Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, SD-WAN and VDI, plus a CCNA qualification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• CCNA qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced 24/7 operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep Operational Technology networks secure, reliable and performing at their best.
• Monitor network performance, respond to incidents and strengthen cybersecurity.
• Plan for future capacity needs and maintain key technical documentation.
• Support compliance with ISO27001 and IEC62443 standards.
