Ability Action Australia is hiring a Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Penrith or surrounding areas team. Roles available: full-time or part-time.

The position involves managing complex caseloads with NDIS participants and their families, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team and external stakeholders, and providing supervision to junior clinicians and students. CPD training is included, with opportunities to lead improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
• At least 4 years clinical experience including experience working with NDIS participants.
• Experience supervising other Clinicians and Students.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex caseload working with NDIS participants and their families.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including external stakeholders.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching and guidance to junior Clinicians and students.
• Attend supervision and CPD training sessions.
• Contribute to and/or lead projects that improve clinical practice or service delivery.
