Job summary

Aussie Locums is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our outreach team in Cairns, with travel to remote communities across Cape York. The locum starts January/February and runs until 30/06/2025, with potential extension.

You will work with other AH professionals, housing arranged in shared accommodation, and travel is provided. You will provide OT services to children in remote communities, reporting to the AH manager.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registered allied health professional.
• Experience at a senior level.
• Ability to lead the team and drive outcomes.
• Willing to travel to all communities in the region.

Responsibilities

• Treat children in remote Cape York communities.
• Report to the Allied Health manager and lead the outreach team.
