Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a seasoned Senior Oracle Applications DBA in Adelaide to design and optimize Oracle E-Business Suite environments for complex client requirements. You will lead technical engagements, provide pre-sales consultancy, and mentor the DBA team while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across time zones.

Hybrid work with 2–3 days in the DXC office and travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

7+ years of Oracle Applications implementations/upgrades (11i/R12).
Strong Oracle DB experience across 10g–24ai on UNIX/Linux and Windows.
Skilled in security, data recovery, performance tuning, and patching of Oracle databases.
Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL statements.
Experience in managed services.

Responsibilities

Design & build Oracle E-Business Suite environments to meet business requirements.
Be the authoritative source and lead customers through technical engagements.
Provide pre-sales consultancy for Oracle Database and E-Business Suite.
Mentor DBA team and transfer knowledge per industry best practices.
Assist in solving technical and performance problems and support functional teams with EBS troubleshooting.
Travel as needed and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
