Job summary

• 3+ years leading large warehouse teams (≥35 staff).
• Strong background in logistics, 3PL, FMCG, or industrial distribution.
• Proficiency with ERP software and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Hold comprehensive accountability for warehouse operations and WHS across sites.
• Manage staff to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
• Align procedures across departments to meet DIFOT targets.
